When | Before and after the training this will run to several months.
How | We use online survey tools before and after the training. This will measure delegate skills, knowledge and attitudes and measures the change brought about by the training.
Often there is no clear desired ‘outcome’ for the training so this part of the training is unclear so the value of the training is always unclear.
At DoRemarkable before the training intervention a clear ‘this is what success looks like’ is agreed with all relevant parties. It is here that we discuss how sales managers can reinforce the change and new learning to maximize its’ effectiveness. With the data gathered from level 2 we will show you a dashboard with tracking and possibly suggest improvements to further training and highlight further coaching needs moving forward, whether with the sales team or with the sales management.
